Rental Agreement and Insurance

After finalizing the selection of artworks Sabstudios requires the client/renter to provide insurance cover on the artworks rented. Artworks are then placed on a contract (Agreement).

Copyright

All rights reserved. No part of Sabstudios artwork may be reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, digital, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without the prior permission of the artist.

Payment

Client is invoiced for the full period of the Agreement (which is 3 months minimum). Post–dated cheques are required before the delivery of the artwork.

Delivery and Installation

Sabstudios can arrange delivery of artworks using our specialist art carriers who will invoice the client directly. If required professional installation can also be arranged. Renter is responsible for all costs associated with transport and installing.

Property

All the artworks listed in the Agreement are property of Sabstudios until they have been purchased by client and paid for in full amount.

Liability

The renter is liable for all loss, damage or theft of the rented artwork.

Alterations

Client shall not alter the rented artwork in any way.

Expiry of Agreement and Return of Artwork

Prior expiry of Agreement, Sabstudios will contact client regarding the renewal of the Agreement or a changeover of art selection. Arrangements can be made in order to assist in return of the artworks.
